Here are some things you may need or want to know about Kootenay Clothing Company and it's products.

 

1. Sizing:
These unisex t-shirts generally fit true to size and have minimal shrinkage - even in the dryer. They are 52/48 Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton/polyester and pre-shrunk.

Unisex hoodies fit true to size for Men. For Ladies we suggest going down a size, unless you prefer an oversize fit, then stay true to your size. All hoodies are 50/50 mix with minimal shrinkage.

2. Shipping: As a micro business run by two people who also work day jobs, we ship as soon as we can; our goal is within 5 business days of your order. Orders ship from Edgewater, BC by Canada Post parcel.

3. Returns: As a micro business we do not do cash back or returns. We will do an exchange only and shipping fees will apply.
 

4. Designs: We design our own stuff & hope you like it! If there's a design you'd like to see us make, let us know! If we get enough requests, it could happen. Email us.

5. Free Stuff for Influencers: As a micro business we appreciate your interest in our product and invite you to contact us to talk more. Email us.
